Are you ready for cloud gaming?
There may soon be another option to play video games at home, in a very
different way we have been used to so far. Rather than buying a fairly
expensive console or PC, a small box promises to deliver games through
the Internet to your TV or PC, no matter how powerful your local
hardware is. Will cloud gaming have a chance to break through the
barrier of modern game consoles and high-end PCs?

All existing iPhone and iPod touch devices will be capable of receiving the upgrade later this summer (when it’s officially released), but only iPhone 3G upgrades will be free — everybody else must fork over $9.95. First PhysX-enabled games arrive on iPhone
In character, Apple’s allowed a different route than other companies like Sony and Nintendo. Rather than licensing Nvidia’s PhysX technology and exposing it to developers via the
iPhone SDK, they’ve allowed several independent developers who created
PhysX-enabled iPhone games into their App Store. And while you can’t overlook how the advanced physics comes at the expense of graphics
quality, their use does serve as testbed example that iPhone too can run the Nvidia PhysX
engine.
How to use technology correctly, and with class
Earlier this week, the social networking site Twitter was rocked by a brief Tweet exchange which stirred up feelings all over the web. The widely reported (content/view/41777/114/) on story is of a woman, Connor Riley, who Tweeted the following: “Cisco just offered me a job! Review: IE8 is no speed demon, but is most secure browser available
Today is a red letter day for browsers. Microsoft has unleashed the final

usage share with the entire IE brand, IE8 doesn’t bring any new features (since it was in beta), but it does put on some speed. The underlying
code base which glues everything together has been optimized and tweaked for
performance. This speed boost is also coupled to some innovation for end-users. Can this one-two punch make IE8 your new…
